Talk to Airwarm
The best way to contact Airwarm is by email at hello@airwarm.co.uk. Choose the closest reason below and we’ll pre-fill the subject line for you.
Installations begin in April 2027. Home Energy Assessments, Desktop Reviews, heat-loss surveys and system design are available now to help plan installations from launch.
What are you getting in touch about?
Choose the closest one. It only sets the subject line, so it does not matter if you pick the wrong one.
A general question
Anything that does not fit the boxes below.
My Home Energy Assessment
You have completed the assessment and want to discuss the result.
Booking a survey
You would like the detailed technical assessment for your property.
Servicing or support
An existing system, a service, or something not working as it should.
A developer or renovation project
Multiple properties, a new build, or heating as part of a larger programme.
An unusual property
Listed, off-grid, part-renovated, or something you suspect is difficult.
What to include
You do not have to, but these five things let us give you a useful answer first time rather than asking a round of questions:
- Roughly where the property is — town or postcode area is plenty
- What kind of property it is, and roughly how old
- How it is heated at the moment
- What is prompting you to look at this now
- Anything you already suspect might be a problem
Please do not send bank details, and there is no need to send photographs at this stage. If we need pictures later we will ask for specific ones.
What Airwarm cannot help with
Two things to know first
- Emergencies. There is no general public 24-hour or emergency call-out service. If you are not an Airwarm customer and you have no heating, contact an emergency heating engineer rather than waiting for us.
- Anything outside what we can properly support. If a system, make or fault is beyond what Airwarm can do well, you will be told rather than experimented on.

West Yorkshire. Bradford, Leeds and Shipley are where we are starting.
About replies
Every call and e-mail is read and answered by a person. New enquiries and assessment submissions normally get a reply within 2 working days, and if something is going to take longer than that we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Existing Airwarm customers get a response within 24 hours.
If the phone is not answered, leave a message. Voicemail and e-mail are monitored, and both get a reply as quickly as we can manage.
No public emergency call-out
Airwarm does not offer a general public 24-hour or emergency call-out service. If you are an existing customer with a genuine system fault we cannot resolve remotely, we may provide emergency support or attendance as appropriate. A response within 24 hours is not a promise to attend within 24 hours.
Registered office
AIRWARM LTD, 2 Aireview Crescent, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 7LS. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17362672.
This is a registered office address for correspondence, not a trade counter or a showroom. Please e-mail rather than calling in.
The one form on this website is at the end of the Home Energy Assessment, where it is optional and only appears after you have already seen your result. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what it collects and what happens to it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Airwarm offer emergency call-out?
Not as a general public service. Airwarm does not offer 24-hour or emergency call-out cover, and will not imply otherwise.
Existing Airwarm customers get a response within 24 hours. Where a customer’s genuine system fault cannot be resolved remotely, we may provide emergency support or attendance as appropriate. That is a response commitment, not a guarantee that we will attend within 24 hours.
How much does a heat pump installation cost?
Every home is different, so we do not publish generic installation prices. Complete our Home Energy Assessment and, if you submit it to us, your Desktop Engineering Review will include an initial indication of likely project costs before you decide whether to go further.
Can Airwarm handle a grant application for me?
Eligible heat-pump installations may qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Where a project proceeds through our Ample partnership, the relevant MCS/compliance and grant-related process is handled through the partnership route. Eligibility remains subject to the scheme rules and the individual property and project.
What if something goes wrong and I am unhappy?
Airwarm acknowledges promptly, establishes the facts, assigns ownership, agrees the next action and documents the outcome. If something goes wrong, we take ownership of it. Our published complaints procedure sets out the route, including escalation.
Do you cover my area?
Launch coverage is Bradford, Leeds and Shipley, which includes Saltaire, Baildon, Windhill, Wrose, Frizinghall, Thackley, Idle and Nab Wood. Bingley, Ilkley, Keighley, Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield will be added only where there is genuine service coverage rather than a page on a website. If you are just outside, ask, and you will get an honest answer about whether we can help.
Start with your home, not a product
The Home Energy Assessment takes a few minutes, asks for no photographs at this stage and gives you an honest first view of whether an air source heat pump is worth exploring for your property.
Unusual property? Listed building, off-grid, a renovation part way through? E-mail us and describe it if the assessment does not fit your situation.
